Laura Linney

Laura Linney is an American actor who became famous for her portrayal of strong and vulnerable character. Linney was born into a family of actors, since her father Romulus Linney is a playwright. Linney received her degree from Brown University in 1986 and then went on to study at the Arts Theatre School in Moscow and then graduated in the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) New York City. In 1990, she began appearing in Broadway in the very first week, and soon received high praise for her performance on Six Degrees of Separation (Six Degrees of Separation) and Hedda Galer.
